Pop-Up Minyan: A Thematic Prayer Service
Naftali and Dina asked themselves what they would like to feel like after a morning of davening, and then worked backwards to create a type of service to help them get there. The service includes meditations, nigunim and a novel idea they have called "thematic-based prayer". In this service, we will choose a single theme and then build a story arc by picking up on various tefilot that develop this theme. In doing this, the focus will be on the quality of the prayer experience as opposed to the quantity of prayers recited.

Please note: Limmud New Zealand does not endorse any particular form of religious practice or observance. Information about services is provided for Limmud participants who wish to join a service. All services are optional and there is no expectation that anyone attend.
